Transparency of the pay-scale for my level and where I stand.
Being a field employee takes a lot out of your life and the compensation at times doesn't seem to be worth it. Cost of living and inflation have increased but salaries havent been matched
I know what people make in this industry, and in others as well through a large friend group. I also know that the same effort and that I deliver at VCUSA and same skill set would allow me to each 20-30% more in the local area. I am devoted to the brand, but it is very unfortunate that we pay less.
I am paid far less than other managers in my department. The gender pay gap is not taken seriously. It is disheartening to hire someone to work for you who starts at the same pay

We need to address biases and stop allowing people to be self centered. There is no focus on interacting beyond one's immediate team
