Review from Legal Dept

The people i get to work with and the brand we represent. The product that is focused on people and safety.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Doing too much, at the same time, without enough people. Gets tiresome and stressful waking up to that every day of the week.

We have too many "senior managers" that are in title only. We have many in these titles that add little value to our brand or productivity towards growing and evolving in the industry. And then we have a leadership team with too many managers. We do not accomplish much ego and back-and-forth to move

Executive management should be held accountable for their toxic behavior.

We need to make cars that customers want, not make cars that we think they want. What works in Europe does not work in the US.

All work requests should be funneled through our manager since he has the most knowledge of our workloads. Often upper management will bypass the proper channels and send us scrambling with random requests. No one has enough time, and work is not prioritized well.

hypocrisy...we say one thing but rarely follow through on anything

Lack of resources to properly execute on responsibilities. All teams within the company seem to operating with seemingly little to no margin in-regards to human capital to severely limit the ability to absorb and deal with new issues or areas of focus without previous tasks or issues falling off.

We are a safety company, but our current offerings are unsafe to drive. I put my aging father into a VELP 2022 XC60 MHEV thinking it would keep him safe. However, the car is constantly having issues, mostly while he is driving (i.e. shut down on highway). I am cant recommend these cars to customers.

Review from Finance Dept

There is not enough of a work life balance. We are 'always on' and there's no time to eat lunch during the day. Some times there's no time for a proper bathroom break. We need to set better boundaries. Managers should not be sending massive emails on the weekends.

Review from Marketing Dept

Slow down. Improve communication: Managers need to talk to employees and listen better.

A lot of talk and no action. We say were going to do things but nothing happens. Its hard to keep a team motivated when the company and our managers treat us like the red headed step child
