If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Esurance?

Everyone was afraid to make decisions and mistakes. No one was empowered to do their job with out a committee. Also, open hostility wasn't discouraged. It never felt like people were working to the same goal.
How's the work life balance at Esurance?

Good, rarely worked overtime. Taking vacation was encouraged.
What's the interview process like at Esurance?
1/2 day where I interviewed with 5-6 people from different teams. I also took a basic test.

Micromanaging and fear of makijng decisions.
What benefits does Esurance provide?
Traditional benefits. PTO - start with 15 days - 401k, healthcare, 1/2 day VTO. No unique benifites

Nice people but upper management doesn't care about employees but only care about cost savings

Not very great benefits compared to other companies in the Bay Area. This year they added a high deductible plan that was free to employee.
