Don't know who is on the North American leadership team
Too much work / too few people. Hire more people.
There is a lot of pressure - both from customers and from Evonik Business Line.
I feel that the compensation package is generous. However it can be very difficult to take vacation for my role. It is difficult to arrange for a back-up while I am out, either requiring me to stay plugged in while on vacation, which is then not vacation. Or just not take vacation.
