What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be on the leading edge and willing to take calculated chances concerning employee feedback and working options. They state up front they don't have all the answers and are willing to listen and act on the feedback.

Bonus and the medical benefit cost seems to be attractive

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company has had two years of subpar merit increases. They have been company wide, but they do not equal yearly life increases

At my site we all work together as one unit to get the job done.
Work together and back each other during the crisis.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though you work a lot there is a healthy respect for each employee as a person. In most cases you are asked to do something versus demanded/required. Expectations and goals are set to be attainable.
