They are clearly investing time and resources into my site
The NALT understands the topics that they need to discuss and make decisions on and ensures that other decisions are delegated to the correct level of responsibility. There is not "too much oversight".
They seem to acknowledge and understand that even as employees, we are humans too, as they are. Compassion in leadership goes a long way.
Provide resource needed when asking for them
On a local level I feel they are adamantly invested in their employees
Don't know who is on the North American leadership team
diverisity, growth opportunities, and work/life balance
Pay, benefits, support for workload needs
They are out of touch. They need to stop micro managing. They need to allow experts in their fields perform their jobs. They need to remove every thing going through the leadership team. They need to do much less talking and way more listing. Need to stop the practice of hiring engineers as top mag
Work Life Balance specifically with WFX scenarios regarding jobs that are capable of supporting this structure. Losing employees to other CMOs that offer this and greater pay for equal job skills will create a great divide in quality of employees retained.
Excellent 401(k) match, good options and reasonably priced health insurance, good range of benefits - dependent care account, supplemental life insurance, etc
Salary and PTO schedule are good
When compared to other companies, Evonik's compensation is great. The insurance options and rates are really great! The bonus program is also better since it is based on personal and the whole company (not individual businesses)
Great health insurance, terrible mental health coverage, just terrible, Poor coverage for mental health drugs, therapy, and employee evaluations.
The moving package was unbelievable. Bonuses and 401k are fantastic. The insurance however is appalling. Going through Mercer is a nightmare
Taking more responsibilities, and deserve a higher salary rise.
Equal pay for men and women in similar roles.
Evonik salaries continue to lag behind other competitors in Indiana (Eli Lilly, Catalant, etc.).
Targeting 50% of the market when the market does not represent areas that people actually live...the analysis is not representative of professionals living in better areas...asssumes people live in less desirable areas. Also, expect top performance but pay middle performance.
I believe that the current compensation does not match the current going rates for North America.
My team is dedicated and knowledgeable.
People do seem to want to do the right thing
Evonik chooses the best people to work with based on the "fit" as much as their qualifications. Leadership seems to understand (for the most part) how to develop our employees to make them succeed.
They are easy to work with, understanding, they get the job done, we seem to all respect each other and our time off.
A lot of communication cross department to get the job done
Team building supported by the company. Teams for start-ups and teams who have changed over more than 50% of its team in the past year should try and identify ways to figure out everyone's communicating styles and personalities. Communication is key and everyone is different.
Be less willing to make racial slurs in the breakroom
We create medicine - it is important work.
People do intend to do the right thing
Coworkers and leadership truly care about every employee at this site.
It accounts for the employees being people. Within the work environment everyone seems to be respectful.
Helping each other when issue happened
Less emphasis on "putting in the time" and more emphasis on actually being good at your job

My job is fast-paced and challenging. There are always new and exciting customer projects, and so I am always learning and developing in my field.
Interacting with wonderful people who care about me as a person and not just an employee!
The ability to make change and see how that change affects everyone on site. Listening to the concerns of the employees and providing them with solutions,
Being moderately challenged, but having the answers and resolutions. Mainly being able to actually make a difference and help.
Completed tasks and extra responsibilities, learn new knowledge
Too much work / too few people. Hire more people.
Life-work balance. Proper compensation - strictly salary - for dedicated and hard-working employees (do not include benefits, relocation, etc.).
Too much stress, never able to pause to streamline and improve things, in constant fire-fighting mode
Not sure management understands what resources are needed to complete goals. There is significant erosion of materials and processes.
Quality culture needs to be improved and financial constraints are preventing us from providing client support for critical functions. Due to salary constraints, it is difficult to retain and / or acquire solid talent. The site needs to be treated like a pharma company and not a chemical company.
