I worked at other companies before joining Evonik. After 2-4 years with those other companies, I felt I had ran my course and could not see myself with that company anymore. I see opportunities within Evonik that I can see myself doing and continue to remain with the company until retirement.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
The NALT understands the topics that they need to discuss and make decisions on and ensures that other decisions are delegated to the correct level of responsibility. There is not "too much oversight".
What are some of the best things about your team?
Evonik chooses the best people to work with based on the "fit" as much as their qualifications. Leadership seems to understand (for the most part) how to develop our employees to make them succeed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When compared to other companies, Evonik's compensation is great. The insurance options and rates are really great! The bonus program is also better since it is based on personal and the whole company (not individual businesses)
