Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It is very difficult to be recognize as a top performer. My boss told me 5 years straight that I perform at a 89% level. But only 10% of the employee is going to be recognized as a top performer. If I drop my productivity to 50% I will still make the same performance rating and paid the same amount.

I would love to see Evonik provide : paternity leave, float PTO (that employee that are not Christian can practices their holidays, better medical benefits).

As a whole, our compensation packages are below competition in the US. We operate with lean teams and high expectations. The culture is good, but I do worry it won't be enough to keep key employees.
