I have been at Evonik for one year now, after leaving a similar chemical company with tenure of 10years. It was a risky jump but I am overjoyed at how successful I have been, kindness patience and support from my team and manager, and am looking forward to growing old at Evonik :)

They're all very kind, skilled at their jobs, patient and supportive, while also giving value-adding advice whenever needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're open, clear, and explain goals well when asked specific questions on what to do or how to better embody company directives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the annual bonus, as well as many options through our benefits package - for those insurance items not used, I appreciate the credit received.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the initiatives Evonik has in place to celebrate diversity and inclusion of all people - I appreciate the Asian American group in particular, as I have never been to a company that celebrates these individuals while respecting and advising around their complex cultural values at work.
What makes you most happy at work?
The projects I have to complete are unique and interesting for CL; I appreciate that I can create and build my work at my own pace, while sharing my ideas with the team - they're always excited by my way of thinking and I really feel valued because of that.
