The camaraderie amongst co-workers. We all just get along really well.

Interactions are very strong and that's due to everyone committing to strong communication, even across regions

They understand that our business wouldn't exist without strong, qualified employees, and they treat us that way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This year it will be the bonus, but I receive a base salary that is comparable with my peers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being productive and being seen as a "go to" person who can help others with their questions (part of my job)
What are some of the best things about your team?
The professionalism and knowledge that people have in their jobs. Or if it's a new assignment, everyone understands the need to learn and others seem to be wary that there is a learning curve and is appreciative of that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even if a tough environment like Covid, they did whatever they could to protect employees from losing their job, and are still allowing merits and bonuses to be paid out in a year where we didn't completely meet the financial goals.
