I plan to retire here, and hope my work ethics and efforts show that I do care about the company. Many changes have happened over the years, and continue today. I feel like I am appreciated in these later years with the company, more so than when we were not Evonik.
Work well together to accomplish common goals
Timely and clear communications to employees
Job security and being able to help others daily.
Everyone has a common goal to ensure that the needs are met for all employees and Evonik.
Recent promotion for my efforts, so my pay and total compensation have been adjusted to reflect my efforts with the company.
Wide range of talent and diversity among team and others in dept. We can feed off each other's work/world views.
Work together when needed where "all hands on deck" is needed to overcome a hurdle that is outside of our normal workload.
Staying busy, which I do not have to worry about fortunately! I would much rather be too busy than be idle.
Communication is key to all the stakeholders, constant communication. However, we have this in too many areas. It becomes confusing and overwhelming with all of these "communities".
Job security with yearly bonus, benefits and being recognized during merit time for job well done. Everyone was to add value and receive something in return for motivation.
