I love the annual bonus component. Having some of your compensation reflected in the company's performance as well as your own performance makes all of us responsible for success.

Our President and Leadership Team is dedicated to the growth of our employees. Evonik is a truly unique company of creative and passionate people, and our leadership team reflects these qualities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We collaborate outside our official teams as well as inside, we take time to interact virtually to maintain relationships during the pandemic. My team in particular is creative, productive and very funny. I always look forward to our meetings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The opportunity to have a voice. We have a social media channel where you can start a new group on a topic of interest, you can write a blog, schedule an event, etc. You don't have to wait for someone to suggest that you use your voice.
