I firmly believe if you do a great job at work, the money will follow. At Experian, I feel I am appropriately compensated for the work I am doing and receiving additional incentives based upon my personal performance including annual bonus and stock.
I love that we do things to focus on getting to know each other personally! We have a social team that plans fun virtual activities such as Name That Tune, Scavenger Hunts, etc. As well as creating introduction slides to get to know how we are spending out time outside of work!
