I love the 401K 4% match that Experian provides. Our medical benefits are great, although recent changes have caused some concern.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am not paid the same as others that do the same job and provide the same value to our clients. My pay is lower due to the initial pay I started at when moving to Experian.

I think today more than even it is important to keep the level of effort in perspective on these times. It is hard to understand/feel that an evaluation might be more close to a "normal situation" rather than feeling it is adjusted to the new normal.

I think the pay is fair as a starting salary but when I see others that do lesser work or know less than I do get promoted and get raises because they work for different managers with different criteria it seems very unfair
