Conflicting projects that have both number one priority. Not going to meet the deadline set by management because of complexity of the project.

Incompetent and insecure mgmt. They talk a good game, but unable to back it up because they are too insecure to employ innovative talent to take Experian to the next level. They insulate themselves with less threatening talent and get rid of the best talent. That's how Cali does it.
