How employees describe working at Experian

Female representation in c-suite and business units

Review from HR Dept

Experian is a good company that cares for their employees, it seems that they try to make us happy, and I appreciate that very much, but unfortunately they come short on certain things like comp and benefits. People are getting paid more and have differentiated benefits outside.

Review from HR Dept

The best companies I've ever worked at: culture is top notch, senior leaders are amazing and approachable, benefits are amazing. The feeling of being at Experian and impacting people's financial lives is truly something I feel proud of.

Review from Marketing Dept

I have worked at several other big companies and this is by far the most satisfied I have felt. Every element of this operation and my day makes me motivated to do better personally and professionally.

Review from Marketing Dept

The bonuses and opportunities for merit raises.

Asked to all employees at Experian

  • People at Experian do not think the CEO can relate because he hasn't walked a mile in our shoes. Employees are underpaid for all positions including management positions and then Experian agrees to raise certain wages by .50 cents to a dollar and now the company thinks we should be grateful. All over the country people are getting paid fair wages for the same jobs we have. The CEO has no idea what its like to be an employee for the call centers they are focused on the financial side of the business.
