They like to play games with their employees. For every 1 good person they hire they hire 5 bad ones. They work hard to keep whe bad ones with terrible work ethics and work the good ones to death. The good ones get treated poorly and quit, and the customers are left with poor to no customer service

I love the job that I do. They just choose not to hire help and if they do hire someone they choose to put them in a position in which they have no experience or that doesn'twant to do the work,making twice the amount of work for the person.

I have one excellent person who is an awesome worker on my team. The other one is a "lead/manager"who has no experience on how to lead the team. But they choose to keep them. Having me to train the person who has no idea how to do the job in the first place. So I quit..I deserve better for myself.
