What are some of the best things about your team?
Night crew is fine, cant say much about anyone else.
We care about each other. Willing to help each other.
I have one excellent person who is an awesome worker on my team. The other one is a "lead/manager"who has no experience on how to lead the team. But they choose to keep them. Having me to train the person who has no idea how to do the job in the first place. So I quit..I deserve better for myself.
Hard workers. Friendly and enjoyable memories
Coworkers are in the same boat as I am so we try hard to help each other despite the terrible managers' inability to recognize our hard work.

Half of my coworkers care and lens a helping hand others just show up because they are not held accountable for their job performance. its unfair how they treat hard working employees while lazy ones are rewarded.

My coworkers are just unhappy. They feel like they're not getting paid enough. The issue isn't pay, exactly. it's hours and the schedule.
I like most of my coworkers some of them could probably work harder
