The crew works hard together.

I love the job that I do. They just choose not to hire help and if they do hire someone they choose to put them in a position in which they have no experience or that doesn'twant to do the work,making twice the amount of work for the person.

Nothing is positive at this company. Absolutely miserable to work at. Only worked at Fry's a month and already going to quit.
Knowing that my department leaders understand that the company is unfair, they try to help me adjust my shifts eith other people so i can go to school. Its alot of leg work though

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Incentives or bonuses. More hours and help. Lazy people held accountable.
A good attitude is key. Also professionalism too.
