treating their employees like humans. they dont pay attention to their employees. if i were to be on my deathbed, they would punish me for not coming in. they treat their employees terribly and have no genuine concern for who is truly the face of the company

Literally everything, nobody at Fry's knows how to schedule
The leadership team needs to improve on Organization, Communication, and Execution. They're typically suffering from burnout or are not putting enough effort in to stay on top of daily tasks.
Actually caring about their employees and listening to their thoughts struggles and not treating everything like an excuse. Allow employees to schedule classes abd things. They say they offer "competitive pay" but its bottom of the barrel

Frys is awful! If you are a normal employee that’s one thing but when you get to management whole different ball game. Not equal pay favoritism rules not followed by higher ups exceptions made no work life balance you guys really need to do more
