Open door policy to approach
Support. Encouraging and caring. They help u find solutions they help u grow
Very helpful & tries to explain things so you can understand yhe store concept.
it is good and perfect
Friendly, giving and good listener
Working harder to keep the good hard working people, and acknowledge the hard work that they do to help keep the company afloat.
treating their employees like humans. they dont pay attention to their employees. if i were to be on my deathbed, they would punish me for not coming in. they treat their employees terribly and have no genuine concern for who is truly the face of the company
Absolutely horrible place to work
Literally everything, nobody at Fry's knows how to schedule
The leadership team needs to improve on Organization, Communication, and Execution. They're typically suffering from burnout or are not putting enough effort in to stay on top of daily tasks.
No compensation package. Just the rundown around..
I'm not eligible for it yet.
Insurance vacation sick paid time
Health insurance for the family
pension that Fry's providing for its employees
Larger associate discounts, better explanation of when certain
Longtime employees are not paid commensurate with experience so they make little more than brand new employees.
I have been told by my boss even that he knows I'm under paid and takes advantage of the fact that women don't get paid the same as a man in my field
Getting paid alot more money

Good company to work for

Night crew is fine, cant say much about anyone else.
We care about each other. Willing to help each other.
I have one excellent person who is an awesome worker on my team. The other one is a "lead/manager"who has no experience on how to lead the team. But they choose to keep them. Having me to train the person who has no idea how to do the job in the first place. So I quit..I deserve better for myself.
Hard workers. Friendly and enjoyable memories
Coworkers are in the same boat as I am so we try hard to help each other despite the terrible managers' inability to recognize our hard work.
If we had actual meetings and if the managers actually communicated
Coworkers need to gain a few more brain cells
My coworkers are just unhappy. They feel like they're not getting paid enough. The issue isn't pay, exactly. it's hours and the schedule.
Work ethic and attitude. But of course this all stems from the highest one in power all the way down.
Review from Sales Dept
I like most of my coworkers some of them could probably work harder
Review from Sales Dept
The crew works hard together.
People in my department are mostly easy to work with
We love to make customers laugh.
I love the job that I do. They just choose not to hire help and if they do hire someone they choose to put them in a position in which they have no experience or that doesn'twant to do the work, making twice the amount of work for the person.
Well being and the company knowledge
Incentives or bonuses. More hours and help. Lazy people held accountable.
A good attitude is key. Also professionalism too.
Review from Sales Dept
Pleasant interviewer, did not wait very long for it to take place
Nothing was enjoyable that I can recall.
The interview process was straight forward.
The HR associate gave me positive information about the position
I loved hearing myself talk
I dont know. Maybe upgrade your computer computer system.
Hire older people with a good work ethic..not just all these 20 year olds who don't know the meaning of hard work.
Maybe have some requirements so the people working for you can actually think independently
I hope more people interview. Nobody seems to want to work
Years ago guy was condescending
Its been a while, not sure what you mean.
The right amount of customers, fun customers
the most happy at work is my local friendly customers
Making beautiful floral arrangements is what makes me the happiest.
what makes me happy at work is helping my customers
It's useless to suggest any ways to improve anything. When they refuse to see/hear or make any of the simplest things.
Discounts are locked behind a digital app and customers keep complaining it doesn't work
Store level management behaviors need to be addressed. The moral is so low and employees are exhausted and under valued
(ALL) employee pay, the attitude, work life balance, respect. These are all things frys claims to value but they just dont. Improve these abd quit making our managers work so hard for so long only to get bombarded by "why didnt you do this? How are YOU going to improve it" improve these!!!
Managers are out of place when it comes to professionalism . Favoritism is huge there. Honestly new managers would probably be best.
