Most people are burned out and miserable, and treading water untilthey find something better.
Geico is active locally, which is nice. It doesn't help the employees, but the charities it supports do help people.
Geico prides itself in being a "low cost provider" but the reality of this is that they are just cheap. Cheapest equipment, salaries lower than standard industry pay, work employees to dust and then put another warm body in the seat.
