
Our prior manager was amazing at hiring effective employees that supported each other and made our work days better.
People are trying and working hard. Lots of really good people have left though... and that is sad.

Below the director level the team are solid and loving but we are sad and scared by a C-Suite that seems to care noting for us.

They work hard, we help each other. We develop, teach, train and share although GEICO created an environment to pit us against each other. There is no incentive to share or help out coworkers. The more they fail, the more you succeed. My co-workers ignore this, we still operate as a team.

Most associates are on some type of mood medication because the pressure of performing is so high. Its pretty bad when the ambulance takes someone out on a stretcher at least once a week.
