What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Building activities and events. However, sadly often missed due to work schedule demands.

Our supervisor is very supportive. The higher up the chain you go, the less we are seen as people, and more as just numbers that don't matter.

Me. I have to constantly give myself a pep talk. Most people are miserable here.

Our team is close, we can speak honestly.

The people that are still hanging on. We still have hope in a better future. But thats def running out.

People are lower levels in some departments are really great

Culture - we like each other. Environment? The roof doesn't leak anymore. We have water and ice available. And fridges for our lunch. And most microwaves work.

The most positive thing about the job is getting paid every two weeks.

We get paid timely each pay period.

The people that I directly work with are wonderful my team members and coaches are great. Even our manager is great. We just got a new Director who used to be our manager, so I like that person and trust them.

Employees need to be treated like people

A new leader that cares about customers and employees and has integrity. the regulators should address the business practices of this company.

Keep work from home as an option. Allowing employees to work remote gives them freedom to live where they would like and spend more time with family. Making employees work in an office when it isnt necessary ruins any kind if "culture".
