What did you like most about the interview process?

Welcoming and positive spin on the job, though feeling deceived after actually landing the job.

When i interviewed it was in person and very informal

The process is too long

It was years since the interview and alot has changed. But my interview process was horrendous to say the least.

Need better job recruiters that were just floor agents a few months back

It shouldn't take 8 hours!!

Make it more of a streamlined process that doesnt take all day.

The company interview process is ridiculous and wastes too much time. The company is simply trying to determine how much abuse you will accept in order to receive the job offer. They know that if you put up with a lot of abuse you may actually stay with the company a year or two before you quit.

Be prepared to spend an entire day of your life.

Its an all day process to interview at Geico. There are multiple tests and interviews. I know they want the best candidate, but it feels very excessive.

Fewer interviews, but I also see the reasoning for the difficulty of the job. It took me 3 tries over 6 years to get hired.
