Its an all day process to interview at Geico. There are multiple tests and interviews. I know they want the best candidate, but it feels very excessive.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Metrics are not realistic. Anything can incinuate a Write up. This CEO was watching too much fox news and was I'll prepared for remote work. Now is trying to do a lot of layoffs by using new performance metrics that are not 35% higher and up to 50% higher. So unfair to work for this CEO. BRING BILL
