    usually starts with an HR screening, then a phone technical screening and if you proceed to the next level, it's followed by half a day interview with multiple people and a lunch witg your future team.

    The environment was a lot better when it was focused on helping the customers, not just how much you can sell to them.

    Actually follow through on process initiatives. Leadership is so hands off that it's not even present.

  • They have raised the minimum sales targets to keep your job. They have raised goals to pay the agents less bonuses. It's all about money.
