Clique-y, hard to “break into”. Within certain teams, there is a high level of design knowledge and expertise.

This is something very important at Herman Miller that we continue to focus on. I’m not in a position to give exact facts.
Very little. White folks mostly, leaders are men. The running excuse is “that’s just West Michigan,” but it’s a poor excuse.
