Led by Andi, our leadership team is thoughtful, transparent and empathetic
Review from Sales Dept
very respectful and a great leader
People skills. Motivation. Empathy. Kindness.
Paying their people the deserved bonuses
Realize EVERYONE has value. Pay a livable wage and appreciate all employees.
Have meetings in quite environments and ones that provide chairs. Feedback on concerns raised take months or longer to be properly addressed.
Take pay cuts to be more in line with the employees
Lots of benefit options to choose from.
Pay rate is fair for the market
Hourly wage and ability to get overtime
the opportunity to earn a bonus based on the performance of the entire company. It builds a lot of pride.

The 401(k) is really good. They invest up to 8% of your salary.
Pay us fairly for experience. Show the employees they have value.
Higher salary, better working conditions and insentives
CEO told us to leave pity city because we are struggling to afford common necessities
Better benefits, sabbaticals and a better 401k match
The pay scale for manufacturing employees is overlooked. A recent pay for skills program is a catastrophe. Instead of listening to affected employees and making changes, management nods and smiles and says "I know ".
We all care about our cause and where we are going.
Managing work, sharing about details.
Communication and work ethic. Colleagues are often collaborative and seek out help from each other.
extremely hardworking and dedicated. understand the larger picture and the impact of their actions on the entire organization
Review from Sales Dept
Very interactive and everyone loves their job.
The thing that would help most would be being prepared for meetings
Almost everyone is over-extended, especially with recent layoffs. Focusing on the business at hand rather than on kingdom-building or CYA would be a great start.
Positives include having a health service team on hand, nursing rooms for pumping mothers, college reimbursement (only if it might benefit the company), and possible opportunities to move into an office environment, where the ethical practices actually exist.
The staff and teams doing the work are incredibly talented.
I really can't decide that
Human-centered - we work for Herman Miller vs. the others b/c the spirit behind everything we do is driven by making the workplace and perhaps the world a better place for all, not just for me
Review from Sales Dept
respect every culture of all individual
eliminate or reduce reporting busy work
The leadership and the managers
Executive leadership needs to walk the culture talk
Former benefits brought back along with a "real" bonus system.
Bring more undestanding to the team members and dismiss any misinformation
There was a group interview and solo with the manager
The interview process was very thorough and inviting given that it was done by a representative in the company, and not the actual person who you'd be working under. I doubt most would bother with a second interview for a warehouse position if they saw how everything actually functions.
Informative and very fair in offering you the job
They want specific information that supports your experience
It felt like they were genuinely interested in how I could contribute to the success of the department - not looking for a "yes" man or robot.
Diversity is important but experience is equally important.
One of my favorite things to do at work is the occasional stepping away and participating in meetings that actually pertain to my personal interests (ie: equity meetings). The rare moments when a person in leadership gets caught being unfair or negligent also brings a smile to my face each time.
Helping the teams I support
Teammates are the saving grace
My long-term teammates make me happy
Watching the love for the products being translated from the inside team to the clients in the outside world.

Replace our CEO. She is not a leader she is an activist about social issues.
