
Management gets us going and excited about where we are at in the company's goals, and they make a big deal of it and make noise when we go above and beyond most times.
I like that my manager listens and is open to whatever outcomes works best for the employee and for the team. I don't like the pressure to get TJX cards at all - not many people do.
They all seem focused on the goals of the store. We are respectful of each other, and always help each other out. We help keep other part timers informed when their shift occurs after our morning meeting, so they don't always get the information about changes or issues or celebrations.
