My coworkers for the most part are so willing to help and so friendly. Theres always an exception, but my coworkers are like family, and they understand and can relate about the struggles of the job.

Management that doesn't like to spread rumors
Management doesn't help train new associates and coordinators are so overworked they do nit have time to help train them. Coordinators have no say in who works on their team. Management does not address problem employees.
It's just needy seniors and teenagers. What can you expect?
They're all seniors and special education people. So, yeah, normal employees would be good.
Better at explaining stuff when somethings asked and be respectful and not rude
