What do you like best about the leadership team?

Very laid back, non-intimidating, respectful of others, accommodating with scheduling needs

We always work as a team to get things done or if help is needed, rather its an employee or customer. I sure other HomeGoods stores are the same.

My le3adership team is very helpful when i have a question.

Organized, relatable, fun, positive, work side by side. Good training

They keep in mind that people are people and things happen. Ive had pverall great interactions with my team leadership.

The store managers appreciate how hard you work for the horribly low pay. The DM's are horrible human beings.

Communication between managers, cordinators ect

The manger is so kind and warm hearted. Ive had nothing but great expirences with the manger.

I like that my manager listens and is open to whatever outcomes works best for the employee and for the team. I don't like the pressure to get TJX cards at all - not many people do.

The leadership within my direct contact are very knowledgable people with a passion for thw work we do. Every is always just a phone call away and always open and willing to help with any needs. They take time to mentor and instill the knowledge need to perform job duties and also encourge growth

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Teaching employess, especially new ones how to work registers properly, be out on the floor and stock shelves and teach them where everything goes. Stop doing one day training, then letting them be on their own. Also to treat their employees better. We are human too, just like them.

That they change the administration and place personnel with professional ethics

Employee training, decorum, less wait time for customers online.

Creating a culture thats fair and motivating

Communication is the main key.

The managers are more worried about themselve and not for the whole team! Example I was the only front end person on a busy day due to all the call outs! I was not allowed to take a break and then was written up for not taking my break

manners with particular staff and customers. 2 of them spend time with the very young employees degrading me and not taking responsibility of their words and actions. plotting other employees to ignore and degrade me in particular. They do this in front of customers as well.

Not berating children for no reason

Taking care of everyones needs not just their favorites!!

Everything all of it lol

Identifying a problem and properly talking it out instead of placing blame on one person and leaving it

Empathy, compassion, diversity and fairness

Everything, take a course on employee health and safety!

Communication & teamwork because it will help the team.

Treating employees like humans. We have one wonderful manager but sadly most days it doesnt make up for the rest of the company.

Everybody is mad for no reason, everyone that wokrs there looks miserable.

Listening and respecting others. Work as hard as everyone.

Communication and general management skills

Listening to their coordinators and addressing issues with actions. Stop condescending. Communicate. Treat people with respect.

They're miserable just like everyone else.
