What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

need to train your nanagers on inti-samite training course the jews are good workers also.

More teamwork needs to be done.

If the company practiced what they preached. I heard so many similar cases like mine on different review sites. If the higher ups were in our shoes, theyd feel the same. Too busy pretending to be demi-gods. Its either going to fail or someone has to care.

Check who has leadership and power in your company bad people that degrade people that work for your company shouldnt have a role here

I have talked with many customers and they have said that the map of the store keeps changing everyday and that it is too cluttered.

Pay is too low for associates and coordinators . Communication and transparency are lacking at all me els of management. Employees are overworked and turnover is a huge problem

The store is always ugly and a mess and and actually compare it to a flea market tge way it looks. There always seems to be customers waiting for long periods of time to get help

Safety. And training. Peoplr are getting hurt working in areas they are not assigned.

They talk to people rudely

Attitude need better attitudes there

Review from Sales Dept

Just tired of not being appreciated for everything I try and do to help

Review from Sales Dept

The social drama. Confront them and train them. It is bullying.

Have one or more no-fault days given back to every employee every month; make sure employees understand their duties and how to use materials (like i-logs); stop the rule that if someone is fired they can't be hired back for five years

Communication needs a lot of improvement
