Talking with the manager, getting to know me as a person and how I could benefit their company

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
they should be more careful who they hire but they don't care
Hire managers who know what they are doing and care about employees. Every one is replaceable. You are just a worker to be abused until you are injured or quit. You mean nothing.
Tell employees the truth about work conditions and job description
