How employees describe working at Home Goods

Megan, in the framing department, is FANTASTIC. Professionsl, knowledgeable, personable! She helped me find just the right frame and at the right price. With her guidance I found just what I was looking for, and even ordered 4 more. Thank you, Megan!

Easy job at front end if you're pleasant and patient dealing directly with customers at register. Always busy, always something to do, never boring. Employees get first dibs on new merchandise each week, but discount is very low. The leadership in my store is laid back and appreciates our efforts.

Rather than telling you what I value I would like to tell you one thing that would be a big game changer - your "sticker" labels. I understand you're concerned about shoplifting, but the stickers are impossible to get off - especially glassware and paper products. They putt off in about 30 pieces.
