I think the CEO lives in a bubble and has never done a day of work in any of the stores. That's the only explanation for the unreasonable expectations
They can improve the way the management managementruns. All managers should be on the same page.

Love it. I work with wonderful employees.
It’s not very good, at least in my experience. Everyone that wasn’t a salaried manager was unhappy due to lously pay and stupid company policies.

It's TJ Maxx. They don't ask any difficult questions, and they don't care about your answers. They don't exactly need to hire geniuses to do that kind of work

Do store managers respond to responses on the feedback survey about a rude cashier? I keep quiet b/c she was upset and distracted she had to work over her hours. She even handed me a bag and said “That’s for that.” Seriously? I don’t work there.

i was threatened multiple times to be fired for call outs a day before christmas. This comes after i recived talks of a store manager permotion with the district manager. They also refused to take any of my doctors nots and not counting my sick time
