I think the CEO lives in a bubble and has never done a day of work in any of the stores. That's the only explanation for the unreasonable expectations
They can improve the way the management managementruns. All managers should be on the same page.

Love it. I work with wonderful employees.
It’s not very good, at least in my experience. Everyone that wasn’t a salaried manager was unhappy due to lously pay and stupid company policies.

It's TJ Maxx. They don't ask any difficult questions, and they don't care about your answers. They don't exactly need to hire geniuses to do that kind of work

Only get vacation time if you're full time employee. I've been there going on 3 years could be better.
