As a basic part time and no value for people giving just 4 hours daily and 22 maximum a week, no one can get benefits and pushing people to do what we need to do in more hours.
Its all who you work with and the overall team, which at times were great then not so great, mostly due to be underpaid ot underqualified

the only issue i have is that coworkers like to but into all of your business mostly my personal life and I am not ok with that.

First the management team, they need to be qualified to train and be the person to train coworkers and then they will be better with knowledge.

Existed when payroll was logical, but most of the time payroll was almost non existent resulting in a negative work culture

Start with RE-TRAINING your upper management at store levels. The bad conduct starts with some of them and has a ripple effect onto the empoyees.
Management and how they operate needs an overhaul.
The managers are rude and condescending
The management decides whenever they want to actually follow policies and when an employee actually gets in trouble. Always knew how your day would go depending on what side of the bed the management woke up today
Fire all store managers and bring in new. All the key carriers and cashiers are amazing but I've witnessed several times them being bullied by Priscilla and Carla in front of customers. I'm embarrassed for TjMaxx and embarrassed that it's a new store in Paris Texas that probably won't last long.
