I dont know maybe train people before having them sink

I was in and out the doors for my interview in less than 10 min, Should have taken that as a BAD sign of how the place runs!

I sat down for 3 minutes not a single person question was asked and i left and was hired. that is not how it should go.

hard to get to the manager in charge of hiring. Trying to schedule a physical interview. orientation was everywhere not really structured to follow easily.
must have experience or willing to learn instead of being lazy
Fewer hoops to jump through for entry level positions. Its a minimum wage sales floor position. Stop treating it like you're hiring a CEO
