What are some of the best things about your team?

Its all who you work with and the overall team, which at times were great then not so great, mostly due to be underpaid ot underqualified

how we keep geting a lot of card to get food as a reward

We work together and support each other

Hard working Care for each other and the store

We all get along and respect each other even if we don't speak the same language we have overcome that and work hard together and get things done as a team

i dont know but at the moment i want to cry because of this new assistant manager

Should be more Harold or meetings early morning days to regroup

The associates I work with are great but the management team is not. We are all one team but it does not feel that way to the associates. There is a clear disconnect between managers and employees.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

the only issue i have is that coworkers like to but into all of your business mostly my personal life and I am not ok with that.

More genuine support and more concern of one's own time and effort instead of each others'. More enjoyment of our time together and less worry about whose doing what wrong.

First the management team, they need to be qualified to train and be the person to train coworkers and then they will be better with knowledge.

The problem is that the meetings are normally in the morning and sometimes we don’t work in the mornings so we miss out on a lot of detai

Con workers need to be reprimanded for being petty and acting like children. I'm embarrassed when I'm scheduled to work with some of the teenage employees

It should be encourged to know each other

Most of the employees just go to collect a paycheck

Less gossip, less disrespectful behavior,

Co workers could put in more effort to accomplish the common goal and we could work better together by each of us effectively playing our role and fulfilling our job descriptions no more no less.

Communication and being more friendly and not so passive aggresive. Being more of a team player.

They don't give break moral is low

They have a little groups and everyone takes up for everyone so if they do not like you they would do things that make the environment very hostile and the management is a part of the team

Need more comcation and teamwork

Just don't come for each others throat and try to work together and come to a concise agreement
