The associates I work with are great but the management team is not. We are all one team but it does not feel that way to the associates. There is a clear disconnect between managers and employees.

First the management team, they need to be qualified to train and be the person to train coworkers and then they will be better with knowledge.

They have a little groups and everyone takes up for everyone so if they do not like you they would do things that make the environment very hostile and the management is a part of the team
