Review from Customer Support Dept
Good. They are very acknowledge about there merchandise
they are excellent at providing support and guidance through many work/life challenges. they work with you if you need time off, or have a family emergency.
Less sitting in the office, more leading by exsample. Ask your worker bees what they need.
Get people in management who can inspire and keep good workers instead of delaying their growth.
Scheduling is very inconsistent, I'm often expect to stay around 15 minutes after the end of my shift because they simply didn't schedule anyone to cover the registers. CECs do not listen to the employees they oversee, leading to cashiers frequently being confused, misinformed, or getting in trouble
Learn to behave with respect
Scheduling and understaffing on busy days
Treat people with respect like human beens
Communication and appreciation. We work hard to make the stores sucessful and they get a yearly bonus but we get nothing. Recognizing potential within the team. And just being nicer to the associates.
Enforcing a code of conduct starting with management, strong work ethics and DEI efforts truly place in practice and not just shown in videos for marketing purposes. Real change starts from the top levels for their to be a change for the positive.
Understanding that things happen and our lives are unpredictable
Treating people liek they are humans. & to make sure when traing, it gets done fully & listening to employee concerns & doing yheir job in actually solving those problems instead iof resorting to immature, unethical, & unprofessional tactics to push people ouy of the work place.
Because they are very different
Leading in a supportive positive manor. Stop with the snarky condescending attitude.
Humanity. Respect. Logic. Security. Communication.
Communication, ensuring all stores adhere to same standards
They need to get better at being leaders and adults not all of them but 2 of them #1014
Commuication and caring for the workers not the money
Commication and consideration of workers needs. And better organization.
Management at Marshalls in Okemos mi. Had one certain manager. Really really want to talk to corporate about her. I even went 4 different occasions to report her but nothing got done about. I have a disability and she singled me out, from all other employees. The management Is horrible!!
that managers have empathy with employees and equality, since they do not put into practice what they say in their meetings and what they show in their videos
employee bias, zero favoritism , equal rights for all
