Our vision is building a dynamic multi-dimensional church in the northern cities of Minneapolis and the surrounding metro area. Our purpose is to make Disciples of Christ and celebrate God's presence and power in our lives. We also focus on applying the biblical principles taught by our leader for victorious Christian living. In recent years they care less and less about the associates and more about how much money goes into their pocket at bonus time. They no longer care how hard we have to work just to try to live. The cost of living goes up but not our rate of pay. They push the credit cards down peoples throats.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The benefits package is decent
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and appreciation. We work hard to make the stores sucessful and they get a yearly bonus but we get nothing. Recognizing potential within the team. And just being nicer to the associates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The associates I work with are great but the management team is not. We are all one team but it does not feel that way to the associates. There is a clear disconnect between managers and employees.
