What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to get better at leaving political statements out of the workplace. They need to be clear and concise on what needs to be done and not tell one associate one thing and another the opposite. This leads to confusion in the workplace and tension among peers.

I feel very undervalued seeing that i have been very loyal to this company and a CEC over me was very rude, gaslighting, and disrespectful nothing was done about this and it costed me my job.

I work witb some rockstars.. i also work with some lazy people, troublemakers, gossipers & what-nots. I just go in each shift and make the best of it m,m, not feeding into the riff raff.. Being older than most of my fellow employees i try to lead by example and naintsin a goid attitude throughout.

Everyone is miserable to the point that the customers can tell. Ive had many ask me if I want them to submit a complaint about my managers.
