The CEC at my TjMaxx store is very gaslighting, manipulative and rude. I dont believe this behavior should he tolerated to employees nor to customers and nothing was done about it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers need to learn respect for one another.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I sat down for 3 minutes not a single person question was asked and i left and was hired. that is not how it should go.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very undervalued seeing that i have been very loyal to this company and a CEC over me was very rude, gaslighting, and disrespectful nothing was done about this and it costed me my job.
