Most of us really do care about the store and take such pride but when you have coworkers that do not care like you do its hard to work with them especially when you are making the same salery

I am a single mom and head of household so getting paid the same amount as a teenager is not reasonable. Especially considering i love coming into work and i put much pride in my day to just have some teenager at night mess up everything you worked hard for during the day to accomplish.
