
They need way more people to work. More management. Better communication, organization, leadership and constructive criticism.
The store is always ugly and a mess and and actually compare it to a flea market tge way it looks. There always seems to be customers waiting for long periods of time to get help
The person that interviewed me who no longer works tjere as it seems hes been fired; he seemed happy to be tgere and we made a small connection after the interview after he asked if i had any questions.
There is no leadership team. Thats where it falls a part. No one is willing to step up and include everyone consistently in a smart plan to get things done. Too much attitude and micro managing instead of giving direction.
They look forward to seeing me everyday and despite the problems we face everyday they work hard. But even they see the troubles of our store and i know it bothers them just no one has a voice to speak up.
For the amount of work i did and doing things beyond my responsibility and staying way over hours while my coworkers and managers webt home and we arrived at the same time is dissapointing and discouraging. Im only 21 and a student; they dont even communicate to you that theyre leaving
