Its been a good experience with good learning oppurtunities over the prior years. Employees are generally helpful and inclusive inspite of cultural differences between US and France. Would recommend we continue to invest in bridging cultural and work environment difference between US and France.

Better compensation through equity awards like RSU's on an annual basis will make it at par with other companises.

Executive team's effort to communicate to the employees through the all hands meeting is good forum to provide their vision.

We try to make the employees comfortable through various events, meals, infrastructure to make all of us feel part of the same group.

Everyone is working towards making things better even if how to get their is different due to various constraints (local practice, time zone, cultural differences).

All are inclusive and helpful to each other. No egos and no titles come in play during interaction which is great way to work together.

Its a small company so you feel more connected if you know the folks you need to reach out to get work done. Its not so big to get lost.

There should be an effort to look at compensation thinking not just from current view and also from forward looking view. Consider all elements - base salary, bonus and equity awards on an annual basis.
