Not enough collaboration with the team in front of the clients. We have too many people between the dev (IT, extranet, product Ivalua) and the people in front of the client. We loose information and some people do some choices out of the real context and needs of the clients and teams

It really depend on the day and the situation. When we are in a difficult period, it's complicated to movate ourself to come to work when we have some customers not cooperative

Some part of management do not seems caring about people they manage. Solution architecture is growing older and is hard to maintain. Tools aren't the easiest even if it is improving, still missing some points.
