I think base pay is OK.

it is "only" car allowance, fix salary and commission. Pretty standard to happy to have it

What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiting team kept me prepared of the expectations, timing, and who I would be meeting with through the process. I was communicated with throughout. Having talked with multiple people in different departments it gave me a sense of the people, the environment, and a place I would want to work.

Excellent interaction with the talent acquisition person, who explained the process in detail for each step. A few interviews with key stakeholders, the discussions I had were honest and no overpromises were made about the position I was applying for.

The commute to and from the office is very long.
