I have been with the company a long time and my salary increases have not kept up with inflation.

The way our compensation is increased isn't exactly link to our skill. It is more a case of if we are the best of our team or not, as our salary increase is to share between our team, and not for example our department.

Inflation has gone up significantly in the last few years and I haven't received a salary increase to match (or exceed) the inflation. So each year I'm getting paid less (rather than more) for doing the same (and more) work.

I've been with Ivalua for 6 years and my pay has increased 20% in that time period. I did get a promotion to a new position, so it is not due to me stagnating in a role. I know that if I went to another company I would be paid more. I pay increase would make me feel better about my compensation.
