Since the merger, this is no longer the same company that was founded by the original Founders. The culture and leadership is very toxic and all about the bottom line. Layoffs are done w/gag orders and expectations to be dishonest to the current team. No longer a good company to do business with.

The morale is the worst it's ever been. The secret layoffs and redundancies of employees that were here at the beginning of time. The lack of transparency in how they are handling things and the off boarding process is terrible and unorganized. No one really knows what they are doing.

The pay is very low below market value. The benefits are terrible including no 401k matching, stocks don't really mean anything, because they will change it. There isn't any opportunity for growth or to get promoted. If you're not the favorite then good luck. Run, if you're absorbed into a team.
